Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to reintroduce one of its most talked-about compact cars, the Maruti Cervo, in a brand-new avatar.

The new Maruti Cervo promises to combine premium design, advanced features, and excellent fuel efficiency, making it an ideal choice for Indian car buyers looking for a stylish yet affordable hatchback.
Design and Exterior
The new Maruti Cervo has been designed with a modern and sporty appeal that sets it apart from traditional small cars. It features sleek LED headlamps, a bold front grille, and aerodynamic body lines that enhance its visual charm.
The compact size of the Cervo makes it perfect for city driving, while the 15-inch alloy wheels and dual-tone color options add to its premium character.
Interior and Comfort
Inside, the Maruti Cervo surprises with its comfortable and feature-rich cabin. The interior offers a dual-tone dashboard, a large touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a multi-function steering wheel.
Despite its compact dimensions, the Cervo provides ample legroom and headroom for both front and rear passengers. Maruti has used high-quality materials throughout the cabin to enhance the overall premium experience.
Engine and Performance
Under the hood, the Maruti Cervo is expected to come with a 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine capable of producing around 67 bhp and 90 Nm of torque.
This engine will likely be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional automatic (AMT) transmission. The Cervo is designed to deliver excellent mileage—expected to be around 24–26 km/l—making it one of the most fuel-efficient cars in its segment.
Safety and Features
Maruti Suzuki has equipped the new Cervo with a range of modern safety features. It includes dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, a rear-view camera, and a high-strength safety body structure. The car also offers hill-hold assist and electronic stability control in higher variants, ensuring maximum safety on city roads and highways alike.
Price and Launch
The upcoming Maruti Cervo is expected to be priced between ₹5 lakh and ₹7 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with popular models like the Tata Tiago, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, and Renault Kwid.
